I faced this issue many times and finally found an answer to this issue.
The /var/tmp (/tmp) area is 100% full. To confirm, tried to open the easserver.log with ‘vi’ to see if there were any errors logged, vi failed to open, error ‘no space left on device /var/tmp’. This is not an EPM issue but an O/S issue. The /var/tmp area is 100% full.
Clean up the /var/tmp (/tmp) area so EAS can write to the directory.
