HPCM – How to delete all taskflow at once?

An Enhancement Request 16422969 has been logged to include a “Delete All” button in a future release which had now been added to 11.1.2.3.500.

In order to make use of the option Delete All, an upgrade to 11.1.2.3.500 needs to be performed.

Please note that to apply Patch 18685108, 11.1.2.3 must be installed first.

If an upgrade is not a current option, a workaround is available.

Multiple taskflows can be deleted by using the check boxes, then click on the Delete Button on the Screen. It will delete all the taskflows which have marked for deletion.
Please note that Taskflows in Active State will not be deleted.

Workaround:

To delete all taskflows on in the application, please execute the below set of SQL Queries one by one.

Note: Prior to taking these steps ensure to backup the repository.

These queries will clean up all the existing taskflows and the dependency table entries. After performing this operation new taskflows can be created as required.

Note: After executing all the below Queries, there wont be any records with respect to Taskflows scheduling and executions as well.

Clean up SQL Queries:

delete from ces_process_def;
commit;

DELETE FROM CES_TASKS;
commit;

DELETE FROM CES_WF_INSTANCES;
commit;

DELETE FROM CES_ACL_INFO;
commit;

delete from QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS;
commit;

delete from QRTZ_SIMPLE_TRIGGERS;
commit;

delete from QRTZ_TRIGGERS;
commit;

delete from QRTZ_JOB_DETAILS;
commit;

Thanks,
